Scarlett Johansson - American Actress and singer (born in New York City on 22 November 1984) The versatility of her work as an actor has garnered many accolades, from dramas of the past, to thrillers and even adventures. Johansson was raised within New York City as the mother of an architect as well as an executive from a production firm. Hunter was her twin sister, was also born in New York City. As a young girl of just 7 years old, she began auditioning for television commercials. In order to improve her abilities, she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan followed by the Professional Children's School. When she was eight, she appeared alongside Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry and, at the age of nine she made her film debut with Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson starred next on screen in Just Cause (1995), prior to her breakthrough by starring in Manny & Lo - a story of two sisters and orphans, who manage to get away. For The Horse Whisperer, Johansson played a teenage victim of an horrific crash. Her role in Ghost World brought her more notoriety as the infamous teenager Rebecca. She is best known for being the character Nell Jones (on CBS' popular show NCIS Los Angeles). She's one of the main actors. Alongside her part in the TV series, she also worked as a stage actor for many years. Her fame is based on her outstanding roles in stage plays like Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith's path into the world of entertainment started from a young age. While she was still a young child Smith began to take an interest in the field of acting. With the support from her parents, Smith was offered her first role in the acting world when she was just six. Smith appeared in a Dannon commercial for television. Similar to many actors starting out, she decided to perfect her skills in the field of theatre. As she worked on other projects around the USA she also made her theatrical debut in Wildflower. She studied at The Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
